Coldsnap Photography Workshop Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. This is outlined in each workshop’s description.
- If you cancel within 120 days of the workshop, 50% of your balance (excluding the deposit) may be transferable only if we can fill your spot from a waitlist. Otherwise, no refunds or transfers are available.
- If a workshop is canceled due to unforeseen events (“acts of God”) which results in an inability of ColdSnap to complete the tour, you’ll receive a 100% refund of your remaining balance less any expenses incurred. Deposits remain non-refundable but can be fully applied to a future workshop.
- Please allow up to 8 weeks for refund processing.

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
By signing up for a Workshop, you agree that Coldsnap Photography, its owner(s), and staff are not liable for injury, damage, delays, or losses of any kind related to your participation. This includes—but is not limited to—slips, falls, or incidents at natural sites (rivers, lakes, rocky shorelines, etc.).
We do our best to provide a great photographic experience but cannot guarantee weather, lighting, animal sightings, or seasonal changes (e.g., flowers, foliage).
Participation during a pandemic involves inherent health risks, including potential exposure to COVID-19, which you accept by registering.
